Threading is great alternative to waxing for removing unwanted hair. The process involves twisting cotton thread to extract unwanted hair from the root. This method serves as an excellent option for individuals who experience adverse reactions to waxing, have sensitive skin, or are using products such as Retin-A, Accutane, or tretinoin, which contraindicate the use of traditional waxing methods. You can thread anywhere on the face, but most commonly threading is done on the brows due to the precise definition and shaping results.
Sugaring is a hair removal method that originated in ancient Egypt using a natural paste composed of sugar, lemon, and water. This technique is known for its gentle application and efficacy in extracting hair from the root. Sugaring is a superior alternative for individuals seeking a more organic approach to hair removal. Sugaring can be performed on various areas of the body, ranging from the face to the feet and every area in between. Clients often report less ingrown hairs with sugaring- especially when regular exfoliation is practiced.
Pain levels vary from person to person, but many clients find sugaring less painful than waxing. Sugaring and threading are often considered to be gentler on the skin and cause less breakage, as they remove hair in the direction of growth, whereas waxing removes it in the opposite direction of hair growth. For no additional cost, the two methods can be used in conjunction with one another to maximize results.
Depending on the body area, for the best results, we recommend scheduling your sugaring or threading appointments every 2 to 6 weeks to maintain smoothness and precision. Some clients may notice hair regrowth taking longer, but when you commit to consistent hair removal, the more traumatized your hair follicles become, the finer and sparser your regrowth is, and the longer you are able to go in between appointments. Body hair must be grown out at least the length of a grain of rice to be removed.
Absolutely! The state of Montana has very high standards as to what ingredients/ brands are legally allowed to be used by professionals. They do not cause reactions- assuming you don't have a history of allergic reactions to hair dye. We use a very detailed protocol to tint your lashes and brows down to the very root so the color will be consistent and long lasting.
A lash tint is typically black in color, although brown is also an option. Lash tints will usually last around 4-6 weeks, although its not completely gone by that time, just lightened up (especially on the lower lashes) and new lighter lashes will have grown in and replaced dark lashes that have shed. When it comes to brow tinting- the darker the color- the longer it lasts. So someone tinting their brows a dark blonde or light brown can expect 2-4 weeks, and the darker you go, the longer it will last.
We offer professional makeup applications for any occasion including weddings, engagement photos, senior photos, formal dances, or anytime you need to be feel fabulous. We also offer customized makeup lessons- this is a 90 minute 1 on 1 lesson where we discuss the importance and functionality of skin care, makeup and brushes. We encourage you to bring in the makeup and brushes you own so we can discuss how to use what you already own but will supplement the makeup application with our professional kit so you can learn whatever technique it is you would like to master.
Yes- but no longer accept new lash clients for the past 2+ years, we only continue to see existing clients. We are very blessed to remain busy and have learned that if we take on too many lash clients, we don't have enough availability in the schedule to accommodate all our other clients.
FAQ for the beautiful brides to be

With over 13 years of extensive experience in professional makeup artistry, I have observed that practitioners who offer both makeup and hair services often excel in one of the two specialties. Although it may be convenient to engage a single individual for both services, this arrangement can occasionally extend your overall timeline, particularly if one professional is tasked with catering to the needs of all clients.
02
All images featured on my website or social media platforms are a reflection of my expertise in professional makeup. When you book the services of Just For You, I, (Jesi), will personally handle the makeup application for each client.
Should you require additional assistance due to a larger bridal party or a constrained timeline, I will provide an additional artist at no extra cost. I collaborate exclusively with exceptional artists who have trained under my guidance, ensuring that the quality of our work remains consistent and indistinguishable.
03
I conduct a comprehensive consultation with each bride, inquiring about her prior makeup experiences, skincare concerns, wedding color palette and ambiance, as well as other relevant details essential for the occasion.
04
I strongly recommend scheduling a trial session, as it provides an opportunity to refine your desired appearance for your special day and ensure alignment with your vision. It is advisable to maximize the benefit of a complete makeup application by arranging your trial around any forthcoming events or significant occasions, even a romantic dinner with your fiancé.
If you reside outside the area, rest assured; many of my clients do. We can conduct your trial the week prior to your wedding or even for your rehearsal dinner.
05
You can schedule your trial as soon as we book, or closer to your wedding, it's completely up to you. Please reach out with at least 4 weeks of notice, so I am able to accommodate the appointment into my busy schedule.
Are you considering a tan for your wedding day? Whether you opt for natural sun exposure or a spray tan, be mindful that significant changes in your skin tone between your trial session and the wedding day can affect the appearance of your makeup. However, rest assured that I possess the expertise to accurately color-match your makeup, regardless of any variations in your skin tone.
06
For all makeup appointments, please ensure that your face is thoroughly cleansed and moisturized prior to your visit. We encourage you to conduct research and bring inspirational photos that reflect your desired makeup aesthetics. Should you be uncertain about your preferences, feel free to bring as many images as you wish; together, we will evaluate the options and determine the most suitable look for your features.
The trial appointment is scheduled for two hours, although the duration may not necessarily require the full time. Allocating extra time is beneficial, as it allows for a comprehensive discussion of any skin concerns and the exploration of various styles and color palettes, should you wish to experiment.

Coming from Montana, a region characterized by its limited diversity, I have nonetheless had the distinct privilege of working with a variety of beautiful skin tones. To ensure an impeccable color match for each individual I encounter, I maintain a comprehensive selection of foundations, concealers, and powders in various shades. This preparation allows me to customize applications to suit the unique needs of every client I serve.
08
You and I will collaborate with your photographer, hairstylist and other vendors to help determine the best timeline for your big day. Here are some questions to think about: What is the earliest you can get into your venue? How many people need makeup done? Are you doing first looks? Are you taking photos before your ceremony? Taking these questions among other into consideration- we will come up with a starting time and finish on time to so you can make a flawless entrance on your big day.
09
I don’t like to start with bridal makeup very first, I prefer her to be towards the end, or last- depending on when she need to be ready by, and when & what she is doing with her hair.
10
I can accommodate either preference with ease. However, if you plan to wear your hair down, or have pieces around your face, it is advisable to apply your makeup first. This approach will prevent the need to secure your freshly styled hair away from your face during the process.
11
I exclusively utilize prestige product brands, encompassing primer, setting powder, finishing spray & everything in between. When applied in the correct sequence, these professional products ensure that your makeup endures from your initial application until you dance the night away. Clients frequently express reluctance to remove their makeup at the end of the evening due to its everlasting beauty.
It is not uncommon for tears of joy to occur on such a special day; therefore, please refrain from wiping away any tears. Instead, gently dab them or avoid touching your face entirely. Once dried, your makeup will remain intact and flawless. A helpful suggestion for managing tears is to blink rapidly, as this can aid in reabsorbing them.
Additionally, I always employ waterproof mascara to ensure durability. The only thing you may need to touch up throughout the evening is your lip color; this is something you might consider purchasing if there is a particular go-to color you love. A sample of your lip color is also included in the touch-up kit with certain packages.
12
If you are currently wearing lash extensions, we can forgo the application of additional lashes unless you desire a touch of enhancement. False lashes significantly elevate the final appearance, especially in photos, and I have a preference for strip lashes due to their uniformity and ease of application & removal in comparison to clusters.
I offer a diverse selection of several unique styles to accommodate various preferences, ranging from light and natural to full and voluminous, and everything in between. With extensive experience applying false lashes over the years, I have developed a highly effective technique to ensure they remain securely in place throughout the day without lifting.

To complement these items, a stylish makeup bag will be provided for your convenience.

On your wedding day, if we have had a trial session, we will have already finalized your bridal makeup design. I thoroughly document every detail to ensure we only require one hour to apply your makeup on your special day. If you did not have a trial, I recommend allocating at least 1.5 hours to ensure your makeup meets your vision perfectly. For all other makeup applications, please allow 30-45 minutes or more depending on the complexity of the look.

I spent several years at Ulta Beauty, specializing in the sale of prestige makeup. My professional kit encompasses an array of reputable brands. Through extensive experimentation, I have identified the most effective products from each brand that synergize to yield optimal results for each client's unique needs. Notable brands that I favor include Urban Decay, Benefit, It Cosmetics, Too Faced, Makeup Forever, Stila, among others.

As a former esthetics instructor and a practicing esthetician, I understand the critical importance of maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, as well as a meticulously organized makeup kit.
In accordance with the stipulations outlined in my contract, I do not apply makeup to individuals exhibiting any communicable diseases, such as conjunctivitis or herpes simplex lesions.
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, I disinfect hard makeup products—such as eyeliners and lip liners—using alcohol between each client. Additionally, I carefully remove the outer layer of powdered products prior to application for each individual.
Clients frequently express surprise at the extensive range of brushes I employ, as each brush is designated for use on a single client only and is subject to thorough cleansing before being utilized again. For a demonstration of my brush cleansing process, please click on the image below.

I offer professional airbrush makeup services utilizing the esteemed Temptu machine and product line for an additional fee of $50 per makeup application. However, I generally prefer traditional makeup methods, and I would like to explain the rationale behind this preference.
The term "airbrush" has gained considerable traction within the bridal industry. Many brides inquire about airbrushed makeup without fully understanding its distinctions. Airbrushing involves applying foundation, bronzer, and blush with an airbrush machine, delivering a fine mist of liquid makeup in layers to achieve the desired coverage. This technique can be time-consuming, as it requires intervals for drying between layers, and it often results in a heavier finish that some may perceive as cakey upon close inspection.
Additionally, airbrush makeup may not be the most suitable choice for individuals with mature skin, uneven texture due to scars or imperfections, or facial hair, as the wet droplets of product can accumulate in these areas.
I favor traditional makeup techniques because they afford me greater control over coverage, allowing for seamless blending and customization to achieve the desired outcome. For visual references, you can view examples of my makeup work on my Instagram, utilizing the hashtag #airbrush. It is important to note that the difference between my airbrush and traditional applications is indistinguishable.

It is not uncommon for professionals in this industry to establish a minimum fee structure, and there are sound reasons for this practice. Drawing from my extensive experience, I have determined a baseline fee of $1,000 for my wedding services during peak season.
Over the years, I have recognized the intrinsic value of my time and expertise. I limit my bookings to one wedding per day to ensure a dedicated focus on each bride & bridal party. Should I commit to a wedding with just a bride, and no additional makeup applications, it is likely that another inquiry will arise involving a larger wedding party, thereby presenting a risk to my income potential.
Once a bride has formally contracted my services, I am fully devoted to ensuring the success of her special day, irrespective of any subsequent inquiries for larger weddings. However, to reflect the value I provide and to optimize my income potential, it is essential that I maintain this minimum fee.
Throughout my extensive career, I have consistently upheld my commitment to never missing a wedding. Regardless of weather conditions, whether rain, sleet, or snow, I remain dedicated to being present for you on your special day. In the exceedingly unlikely circumstance that an unforeseen situation arises that prevents my attendance, I will arrange for a qualified replacement to ensure that you and your bridal party receive the highest level of service and support.
